Black & Decker 7″/9″ No. 4070 Type 3 Super Duty Industrial Sander/Grinder. 120V – 15A – 5000RPM. Great running. Heavy duty machine. Checked brushes recently – brushes and commutator looked great. Has exterior signs of use as seen in pictures (note split in rubber where cord comes out). Note one brush cap is chewed up a bit but doesn’t affect function. Disc not included.
