Black & Decker 7"/9" No. 4070 Type 3 Super Duty Industrial Sander/Grinder. 120V - 15A - 5000RPM. Great running. Heavy duty machine. Checked brushes recently - brushes and commutator looked great. Has exterior signs of use as seen in pictures (note split in rubber where cord comes out). Note one brush cap is chewed up a bit but doesn't affect function. Disc not included.
